I, the undersigned, have purchased a Crown Blue Line Boat Charter from American Dream Vacations. The following payments are required: Deposit of 35% at time of booking, The balance 10 weeks prior to cruise departure. I know that there are stiff cancellation policies. The following fees will apply to cancellations. Cancelations beyond 10 weeks of departure the charterer is responsible for the deposit. In case of cancellation within 10 weeks of departure the charterer is responsible for the entire amount. All cancellations must be in writing to American Dream Vacations. I have also enclosed is a copy of my photo page of my passport with a sample of my signature. A thief may have my card and drivers license but would not likely have both the drivers license and passport. I agree to this proof of identity since it is impossible for me to had over my card and offer my drivers license in person.
